Students will apply prior learning in a professional setting at an approved site. Students participate in a scheduled seminar. Students must provide their own transportation to and from the site. Students will complete a criminal background check according to the college and the department's policy. Sites may have additional requirements for students. Students must receive Department approval before registering and need to meet with the Program Advisor to plan the Internship. Use of a computer with internet access is required. This online section does not have regular in-person meeting times, has an established schedule with deadlines for coursework, and is not self-paced. In-person assessments (such as exams) at approved proctored locations may be required and will be announced in advance. Contact your instructor or the department with any questions.
